Steve jobs genius by design pdf. The short answer is no. Then there was Jobs’s habit of distorting reality to fit his purposes, coupled with the impatience, criticism, and brusqueness that often accompanied it. On the one hand, the “Jobs version” could create a compelling vision of what might be. I don't want to get too much into speculating about the specifics of the business model. It just seems to me that most people here either see even the basic concept of the business model either as a necessary evil and hope it will still be somewhat affordable or they outright hate it.

Gabe Newell said that opening packs and bargain hunting will be a big part of the game. But nobody here seems to be really enthusiastic about this (me included). is this true? Are there any people here that are really looking forward to ripping some packs?

I fear that even if Valve implements this model in the best possible way, people might just have become to weary even of thinking about buying virtual lootboxes/boosters/whatever and they have every right to think this way, because of all the exploits of the industry in recent years.
